Additionally, Annamarie serves as Outside General Counsel for numerous businesses, providing day-to-day legal oversight on corporate governance, business formation, regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, employment matters, and litigation risk management. Whether handling mergers and acquisitions, restructuring transactions, or shareholder disputes, she provides practical, business-forward legal solutions that protect assets and drive success. She is widely recognized for her ability to navigate intricate shareholder rights matters, including shareholder oppression, breach of fiduciary duty, and contract disputes. Annamarie grew up in Elmhurst and attended Saint Ignatius College Prep in Chicago before moving on to Catholic University in Washington, D.C., where she earned a degree in American Government and Politics. Annamarie earned her LL.M. with Honors in Taxation from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and federally in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Annamarie lives in Oak Brook, Illinois with her husband, their two sons, and three dogs. Outside of the firm Annamarie is a member of the Saint Ignatius College Prep Law Society.
