The firm successfully represented a physician who had been barred from presenting evidence at trial as a pro se litigant after his lawyers had withdrawn from his case shortly before the trial began.   The firm argued that a pre-trial order barring the introduction of evidence was too severe a penalty for what were essentially discovery deficiencies.
