Jacqueline Biel joined Angelini & DiLeo as an Associate Attorney in November 2024. She is a dedicated and detail-oriented attorney specializing in civil litigation, business law and transactions, trusts and estates, and real estate. Jacqueline provides strategic, comprehensive legal counsel, advising clients on estate planning and administration, financial planning and tax strategies, business structuring and corporate matters, and probate and trust administration.
Before joining Angelini & DiLeo, Jacqueline was an associate attorney for a mid-sized estate and probate firm, where she handled estate planning, tax strategies, and probate matters. She also served as a Judicial Extern for Hon. Sandra J. Giernoth at the Circuit Court of Washington County, Wisconsin, where she gained valuable courtroom experience and drafted legal decisions on complex issues, including punitive damages, annulments, and sentencing.
Before transitioning fully into the legal sector, Jacqueline advanced her expertise in asset and wealth management at Goldman Sachs, managing high-net-worth portfolios for Fortune 500 executives exceeding $500 million. In this role, she provided strategic guidance on estate planning, tax projections, and financial planning, equipping her with a deep understanding of financial and legal intersections.
Jacqueline earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, formerly the John Marshall Law School, where she served as Deputy Editor for The State of Criminal Justice and competed in the Emory Civil Rights & Liberties Moot Court Competition. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Human Rights from Southern Methodist University, along with a business certificate from the Cox School of Business.
Beyond her success as an attorney, Jacqueline is actively involved in her community. She is a member of the Junior League of Chicago, an active alumna of the Delta Delta Delta Sorority, and a dedicated supporter of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Jacqueline was admitted to practice law in Illinois in November 2023.
